HLX Staffing, a world-class provider of virtual staffing solutions, is actively seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agents. This role is based at our offshore center and operates according to worldwide time zones, allowing us to provide exceptional service to our clients around the clock.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  2. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives.
  3. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  4. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  5. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  6. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.

Job Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a call center.
  2. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  4. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  5. Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.

Experiences and Qualification Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a related field will be appreciated.
  2. Proven experience as a Call Center Agent or similar customer service role.
  3. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  4. Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  5. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
