HLX Staffing, a global leader in virtual staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Informatics Support Staff member to join our team. This role is based at our offshore center and operates according to worldwide time zones, providing critical support and expertise to our healthcare clients across the globe.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to users of clinical information systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical software and hardware.
3. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases.
4. Train healthcare staff on the use of clinical information systems.
5. Collaborate with IT and healthcare professionals to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
6. Assist in the implementation and upgrades of clinical information systems.
7. Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for clinical data management.

Job Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a clinical informatics or health information technology role.
2. Strong understanding of clinical processes and terminology.
3. Proficiency in clinical software and databases.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Exceptional communication and training abilities.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Experiences and Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience in clinical informatics, health information technology, or a similar role.
3. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other clinical software.
4. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
